Does Kavita accept insurance for psychotherapy sessions? Kavita does not accept insurance for sessions. Kavita can provide a Superbill to clients for clients to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement. Clients are responsible for the cost of sessions upfront. Clients are responsible for submitting their own Superbills to their insurance on their own behalf.

Can I use insurance for coaching sessions? Coaching sessions are not covered by insurance. Clients are responsible for the cost of coaching sessions upfront.

Can I see Kavita for psychotherapy AND coaching sessions? Due to licensing regulations, Kavita cannot see clients for both services. Clients will either be a therapy client OR a coaching client, but not both.

What license does Kavita have? Kavita is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in California. Her license is #110231 issued through the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

How do I pay for services? Payments can be made via credit card over a secure online portal. You will receive a credit card authorization form to complete before the first session.
